My parents had their kitchen cabinets and countertops done by this company ten years ago, and the quality is great. I was looking forward to working with them on a project of my own. The contractor was an hour late to our appointment to look at the project. Not a deal breaker, people get busy and he was polite about it. After looking at the project I was told that I should see a quote in my email by the end of the week. That quote never came. Two weeks later I called and was told I would get a call back. No call back. Called again a week later and left a voicemail. No call back. Waited another week and left another voicemail. No call back. I sent an email into the company, and still haven't heard anything.
I can understand if they did not want to work on the project, but that should be communicated so the customer can move on.

If you are considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel, you owe it to yourself to contact Swan Creek for a quote and design assistance. We have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of workmanship, attention to every little detail, and communication from the entire team throughout the process. They showed up when they said they would and they were clean and courteous, which can be a rarity these days. We absolutely love our walnut cabinets and the layout and flow of our new kitchen. The highlight of our project was adding a live edge walnut slab to an existing brick wall to make an island. It was a challenging project but they worked on it until they got it right. Mike Paul and his team are creative perfectionists!

Investors and homeowners:
Maggie was great, and my countertop turn around was quick… however they work with a third party company for laminate, I made sure to ask before paying if they installed my sink and I was told yes, then once I was there to let them in for install, they told me “go hire a plumber” next, I get a 175$ “travel” fee that was never discussed over the phone or in the receipt given to me even thought I was told there was no other fees… very disappointing, will not be working with them ever again unfortunately.

The cabinets are high quality and the finish has held up well, especially with the beating our young kids inflict on them. The installation crew was amazing, and very detail oriented. Swan Creek is a phenomenal. Mike Paul deeply cares for his employees and the hsppiness/satisfaction of his customers. He is willing to go the extra mile and take a hit on profit to insure that cabinets are what the clinet wants. He backs his products 100%.
