My 9 yr old and I go to the Family Class. It's all ages, but Master Jan and his staff do a great job catering to all experience levels. Being able to train with my son has made the time even more enjoyable.The classes are always unique with a mix of fitness, self defense, sparring & grappling.I can't say enough about this school.

What can I say that will show the true value of this school without actually visiting it and trying it out yourself. This school is the real deal and the complete martial arts experience. Master Jan and Assistant Instructor are highly skilled at what they do and there patience in teaching to each individual regardless of age is second to none. If you are a adult looking to learn self defense and get a amazing workout this place will push you and encourage you to get better in all aspects. If you are a parent looking to get your child into martial arts this place does it with respect and real world applicability. It's easy to find and residents in Iowa or Illinois can access the Best Kept Secret in the Martial Arts Community within 10 minutes anywhere in the QCA.
