“First experience with this company. Worked with Mark H. Everything went smoothly. He explained what types of carpet we should look for based on our needs. Mark sent us with several samples and came out to measure within a few days of initial contact. He was not overly aggressive like some salesmen can be. Price was very reasonable. Did not try to upsell us on a higher priced carpet. Once we ordered, we got an estimated delivery date and install date. Install was planned for 2 days due to the amount of carpet.
