First experience with this company. Worked with Mark H. Everything went smoothly. He explained what types of carpet we should look for based on our needs. Mark sent us with several samples and came out to measure within a few days of initial contact. He was not overly aggressive like some salesmen can be. Price was very reasonable. Did not try to upsell us on a higher priced carpet. Once we ordered, we got an estimated delivery date and install date. Install was planned for 2 days due to the amount of carpet. Installers were very professional and did an awesome job. They completed install in 1 day. Would recommend and would buy from again.

Mark H. Has been awesome. We’ve used his assistance on 2 projects. He knows his flooring and he is great to work with. He has awesome people skills which is like a breath of fresh air! All of our flooring needs will be through Flooring America as long as Mark is there! Thank you Mark!!

Over the past couple of years we have bought flooring for 4 rooms and a walk-in closet, from this location. Mark Haltom has been the representative that has assisted us in these purchases. He was extremely attentive and professional. He helped us pick out just the right products and worked with us to get the best price and rebates if applicable. One of the rooms was a unheated 3 season porch, that he recommended a product that would stand up to the hot and the cold.
