I had a very good experience with Mike M. From the first visit to the store he showed us some options then let us browse around. I hate when sales people hover over you. Mike did not do that. Answered all our questions and let us take some samples home. I also liked the fact that Mike wasn’t calling every day asking if I picked a floor. The whole sales experience was no pressure.
