They were very gentle and as she slowly she became more comfortable, we were able to get a little cleaning done. She’s so comfortable coming here you would think she’s been here 50+ times but we’ve only been there twice so far. She got so excited when I said we had to go back for another appointment. They do such a great job with her and are super patient with her. They’re pretty quick with the appointment time too we showed up about 20 minutes early today and we were walking out less than 10 minutes after her appointment time.
