They do not answer your calls and will not get back to you. I have called them three times different days and times to get records. They do not reply to emails or answer you back. This is the worst and most rude front staff I've come across.
I DID NOT like the fact that this agency pressed so hard for a dental payment and they had the audacity to threaten too report to the credit bureaus before my Federal Dental insurance paid them. At the same time, I'm paying them as well. No call to say I'm sorry or nothing...
Watch out for this place! My 18 yr old came here by herself. They took advantage and misdiagnosed her with 10 cavities. Yes, she got a second opinion. No where close to the amount of work they said she needed. I will let everyone know know who is looking for a dentist, this is not somewhere you want to be.
