They are amazing, with calm and relaxing voices throughout the entire session. The flow has a great rhythm, and instructors are very professional, making students feel at home. YogaSix Ankeny is an ideal destination for a rejuvenating yoga experience.

I'm almost 60 and found myself with a hip issue and in need of increased flexibility and stamina so thought I'd try yoga. I can't say enough about YogaSix! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and they call you by name. I feel very comfortable with no intimidation due to being a newbie. They are fantastic about reminding you to do what works best for your abilities and offer alternative poses. The variety of classes is great and meet a range of wellness goals. Jasmine is so kind and encouraging when you walk in the door and is also a wonderful instructor. I've taken classes from four or five different teachers and they've all been fantastic. The studio has a great vibe and is spotlessly clean.
