Patrick was my helper! He was so amazing and patient when I went in! I’m very indecisive and he showed no annoyance with me! In fact everyone there was so pleasant and kind!
It was a very pleasant experience. I walked in and they helped me right away. I gave them my prescription. They worked on it and let me know the frames I had picked out were not the best for me. They helped me find another frame that I loved (and it was $60 less than the frame I originally picked!) Then my glasses were finished in less than an hour! Highly recommended!!
The staff were so helpful!! I could not decide what glasses I wanted but they were extremely patient with me and genuinely wanted to help me find the right pair. The only reason I give 4 stars is because my lenses are really weird, it’s the right prescription but the lenses themselves seem like they have something on them making them different than any lenses I’ve had before...I had my contacts in when I picked up my glasses, should’ve taken them out to try on the glasses. Learn from my mistake there!
