This business has existed in Ankeny since I was a baby and I'm 28. Charles is an amazing person and so caring. He helped me in the greatest way and just an all around great person. If you want someone who really cares. This is the place.
I broke my son’s nose piece off his glasses while on vacation, we were coming through Ankeny. We called Visual Eyes and they were EXTREMELY awesome. They had us in and out in 20 minutes! Vacation can continue!!
This place has been wonderful to deal with. I am rough on glasses, and they are always good to adjust or repair them. The lenses are also much better quality than my previous glasses, from other stores.
