I buy my glasses there always They are so helpful. Stepped on my discontinued frames went in and he charged me 50 for some expensive frames said he was getting rid of them. I did not see sales ticket or sticker. That was so nice of him to help me like that. He knows I get under 1000mo so helps when he can. Not a chain store Normal owners help keep them going. He didn't charge me for coming back and having other lens put it. I drive from Des Moines to shop for my glasses. I always frequent a place that respect and care for their customers. Very helpful
Charles went above and beyond to get me my glasses (which came late—not his fault). I’m so impressed and moreover the quality of the frames and lens and fitting from Charles were excellent!
I stopped in there to see if they could repair my dad‘s broken glasses. He is 85 and lives in a nursing home. The temples were taped and the lens kept falling out.They immediately went to work on them while I waited. I was so impressed they took the time and they did an over-the-top wonderful job. I highly recommend the staff!
