Guys don't go to Jan! She is not only looking crazy (like a crazy street lady) she is acting crazy! She kept insisting that I have a heavy accent when I speak English which I really don't. Asking if I am from Bostnia which I am not. Omg it was super rude! Avoid her at all costs!UPDATE: I was called by the owner of the place and received an apology for this woman. I was told that she will have a training regarding her treatment of customers. The full price (including the tips) was refunded. I am very pleased with the customer service. It made me want to go back to get my and my family's haircuts at that place with different specialists which were very nice.

I'm an average guy who just needs a proper average guy haircut. And that's exactly what I got! But the haircut was well above average, actually it was quite good! My stylist was Jen.I also got the shampoo. It was quite relaxing, sort of a low-level spa treatment, I suppose. You know that state where you're more than just day-dreaming, but not quite asleep? Maybe melting away from reality for just a few moments? That's how relaxing it was.5/5 would recommend.

Jen was my stylist the past two times coming to this location and I wish I could give her a higher. Her attention to detail is awesome and very fun to talk with. The rest of the staff is awesome too. I have had nothing but great experiences here
