We told them what we had in mind and even though they weren't familiar with some of the materials we wanted to use they were more than willing to figure it out. They were great to work with and they made sure that we were satisfied with everything. Unforseen hiccups always happen with projects and they made sure to take responsibility when needed. The finished product was exactly what we had envisioned and we would hire them again for any of our future projects. The whole crew were so nice and personal that we kind of miss having them around!
