“Update: I’ve spoken with Dave several times now to resolve the issue. The discrepancy was caused by a miscommunication on their end and he even offered to refund 1/2 of his fee to make it right! Thank you for helping me get this resolved.

Very poor experience! Tried someone new & being local was important. No issues with Federal but State extremely over calculated a refund and instead owe. Owing isn’t the issue, but I would like an explanation for the huge swing. I have called and left message after message and never get a call back. Seems like they know they made a big mistake and don’t want to take accountability for it! Very disappointed!“
