We had a wonderful experience with Jackson Hewitt and our tax preparer Madison Gonzales she was extremely great with customer service she made us feel very comfortable she was very friendly and had so much patience she took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything thouroughly she was very knowledgeable and educated we had a difficult situation we were dealing with in order to file our taxes and she was very professional and was able to navigate us through it all took the time and the patience to do it all while we also had our three-year-old grandson and our 5 day old granddaughter in there as well our grandson who was acting out she even offered...read full review

I absolutely loved Maddie! She was super friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and relaxed me about my return. I was having so many troubles filing on my own this year.
