I was a client at Truth Performance for 6 months and it was money very well spent! Olivia did an amazing job to help me get toned, increase muscle strength, and reach fitness goals for an upcoming wedding. Scheduling was super easy to do on the app and the facilities were well-equipped and very private, which I preferred to a public gym. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get back in shape! Especially because the monthly sessions encourage you to commit to 3 days a week, which is good for consistency in getting results.
