Just moved into my new property yesterday and so far so good! I had some issues setting up utilities but Triplett was always extremely responsive and helpful whenever I gave them a call or text. Absolutely love my new place!
Move in was super simple. Would definitely recommend!

We rented from 2021 to Mid 2024. The maintenance was always on time and friendly. At move out, they provided us a list of expected cleanliness checks, and we made sure to fulfilled them. They returned our security deposit on time, with no hassles. They are nice people to rent with, and not overly priced for homes close to the University at Ames, Iowa.

We rented from Triplett for 3 years. I found that they take care of maintenance things very well and fast. They returned our security deposit within 30 days, and the things they deducted we thought were very fair. If I ever end up in Iowa again, I will surely rent from them in the future.
