Caught behind a wreck, showed up 5 minutes after the time they originally estimated and they kicked us off the list. Not just bumped behind the next guy, start at the end of the line....that's crap. We drive quite a ways to get here, just to be told we have to wait over an hour to get the haircut. No thanks.

I don't really understand the queue line at this location. I've been going to sports clips for over 15 years, and normally you can check in online or walk in and wait. In this instance I didn't check in on line and walked in, and was placed 9th in the queue. However literally not one person in the store (except someone finishing up a cut), and numbers 1-8 were not there. Waited for 40 mins patiently, and figured they would take someone in store if no one else ahead on list had come in yet, and finally left after 45 mins of just sitting there. Have been here multiple times before without a problem.
Other sports clips I've been to if the people in queue haven't shown up, they take whoever is next in store (which makes sense if you want to make money). Not sure if this experience is a one off or not, but to not take a potential client who's ready to go, vs. just waiting for anyone to come in seems crazy. Otherwise 20 people could put their names in, and maybe no show, and I guess they wouldn't cut anyone's hair? Also there was zero communication except when we initially walked in saying it was a 2 hour wait (which if all the people in queue were there it would have been). Will start looking for other options.
