Michael, Jose and Alex did a great job cleaning up our basement! They were very polite, explained everything very well to us and made sure everything was taken care of!! Definitely a good group to have on your project!

We had a great experience with SERVPRO. They came to service my daughter's house within a week after we called. All the employees were very kind & respectful due to the fact that our daughter Andrea (the home owner) had just returned home from Acute Rehab at MGMC in Ames after having a brain aneurysm on May 8th. Dalton was an excellent project manager. He was timely available for all my questions via the phone or in person. He provided thorough explanations and updates as the work was being completed & when the project was complete. James needs to be recognized as well. James, Alex and Jose showed up early Monday Monday had the basement drained and cleaned and started drying process that afternoon. Great service and better people would %100 recommend
