We had drain blockage on a Friday evening. Called Roto-Rooter and received a call back from Robbie Kaune, one of the techs. He came to our home late that evening and within an hour had the drain open and working again. Glad he was able to come on such short notice and take care of the problem before we had any damage from sewer backup. This after hours service call was excellent. When all our toilets and showers backed up, Zack was here quickly and very knowledgeable about our house's plumbing. He was able to clear the blockage and return function to our drains in 30 minutes.
