I booked an hour massage and had a great experience. I was asked questions before my massage to give me the best experience, the setting was great, it was relaxing, I was comfortable, and Iād go back again.
I've had several massage therapists over the years, and Kristen is truly the best š she is great at both a relaxing massage and a deep tissue massage to target problem areas - she shares stretches and exercises you can do at home to improve pain, she's very kind, and Renewed Wellness provides a great and relaxing atmosphere. Truly wonderful place!
Was in town for a week and very fortunate that Kristen had a cancelation. She was excellent in addressing my issues and a lovely individual as well. If ever I am back in Ames, I will plan ahead to schedule with her.
