As a middle-aged woman with lots of stored trauma and stress from child bearing and lots of chronic pain,Kayla is my favorite massage therapist, hands-down. I love her bedside manner: easy-going, calm presence, quick to smile and laugh, but professional, poised and not overly talkative. At first, I felt bossy with all my requests, but she was happy to accommodate whatever I needed, and now I feel comfortable being honest with her about pressure and location and she is so good at rolling with the punches.
