Attended an hour long relax and recover class taught by a teacher. Private group class was customized for a bachelorette party and preparing an enjoyable experience for all experience levels. Modifications and encouragements appreciated. This class was a great start to a day. Everyone was so friendly and felt at home. Definitely be a regular student. Love Ignite Yoga! They have a variety of classes. All the instructors are so nice and welcoming, and amazing at what they do. The vibes here are wonderful and you leave feeling amazing every time.
