We had my sons appointment today and it went so amazing and smooth! He is autistic so over the years we’ve gone through a variety of eye doctors and at every one at least one staff member wasn’t very patient or kind with him. From the beginning to the end of his appointment every staff member was kind, patient, talked though things with him before they did it, gave him options that weren’t overly complicated. and answered his many questions as he’s a curious kiddo who likes to know how things work. He ended up needing glasses and they were patient and amazing with him during that process as well they answered his questions they let him explore and showed him examples for some of his questions. My son and I loved the care and atmosphere that we experienced today and encourage anyone to go here as it’s worth the drive! They were even busy when we were there but they greeted every person who came in and let them know they’d be with them soon.
