Receptionist was very helpful in setting up insurance and ordering contacts. Dr. Roelfs is personable and genuinely cares about giving you the best eye care, not just pushing you through your appointment as fast as possible. Would reccomend to anyone.

Not my normal eye care provider but they were able to get me in immediately so I could have prescription sunglasses arrive in time for a wedding that was two weeks from my appointment day. The Dr. gave me most thorough eye exam I've had and told me what my vision is with my new prescription which has never been done for me before. I will return to Ames vision instead of my usual because they were so helpful and my sunglasses arrived in time for the wedding!!

They were more than happy to adjust my new glasses until they got them exactly as I wanted them. I had a broken nose and they were hard to fit. I had a employee see what he could do. He put some silicone nose pieces in and they haven't fallen down once. I have had a broken nose and could never get glasses to stay. I am happy to say they stay now.
