Our kid’s bathroom developed a leak, and I called 3 or 4 plumbers in or near Altoona leaving messages, but R&D is the only one who called me back. We discussed the leak and one other need my wife and I had, to install a whole home water filter. They got us on their calendar for the following Wednesday.
The Monday prior to our appointment, our water heater sprung a leak, so I called to see if we could add that to our appointment. Kim said that as they consider that an emergency, they would get to us within a few hours. Moving into a new home is always an experience. I had a concern over the water heater operation during the snow storm last night and called R&D to get some thoughts. Doyle was AWESOME and answered my questions. He offered further assistance if needed. Very Knowledgeable, Helpful and Friendly.
