Highly recommend Executive Cleaners! I forgot to get my husband’s work clothes drycleaned before he was leaving for an out of state conference the next day, and our regular cleaners do not offer over-night or same-day service. When I called Executive Cleaners, Kim was upfront that the truck was on its way to pick up for the day, and that she wouldn’t be able to hold it, but that if I got there quickly, I might make it in time. Turns out I got there at the same time as the truck, and she helped me get the clothes checked in and ready for pick up. She was friendly and professional the entire time. Early last week I decided to try Executive Cleaners in Altoona (Located just west of Hy Vee).I dropped off two white shirts I use for my piping gigs, and I'm glad I did. Two days later I received a text message from them informing me my shirts were done and ready to pick up.I've never had a cleaners text me before. When I expressed how pleasantly surprised I was, they told me this was something new they just started doing.Just a couple of days ago I dropped off a white shirt for cleaning and pressing, the same scenario, I got a text message it was done. Best dry cleaners in Iowa! Kim is so good to work with, always very sweet and helpful. We travel over one hundred miles to have our dry cleaning done here. Our clothes are pressed to perfection, always crisp and neat.Service: Alterations
