I used this place two years ago and was very happy. It’s out of my way, but wanted to give them some more business. Took in some suits and shirts. The suits came out okay, but they weren’t dirty, just worn. The shirts looks like they weren’t even washed. Ring around the collar, no press. I could have washed them on cold at home and tossed them on a hangar. Best part is, now they use a paper cover over the top of the shirts so you can’t even see they aren’t right until you take them out of the bag. This place is not what it was last time I was there.

I typically use the other cleaners in Ankeny but decided to give this place a try. I dropped off 8 shirts for cleaning. They have a system that sends you a message with your cleaning is done that worked well. The shirts were cleaned well and on time. Prices were not posted and I didn't ask figuring they'd need to be 'competitive' with other cleaners. I was charged $8.55 a shirt to have them cleaned and pressed. When I asked I was just told 'that's what it is'. That price is 4X what I pay at the other cleaners. While it was my fault for not checking the price, it seems like a terrible value to me and I will not be returning.
