Aaron and his crew replaced windows and a patio door for us. While installing the windows they ran into some water damage which they promptly repaired. Aaron and his crew were very knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant. Aaron kept us in the loop during the whole process. They completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up all the debris and did a wonderful job.
Stone & Steel was a pleasure to work with throughout our process of finding, measuring and installing our updated kitchen countertops. They were patient with us as we located just the right granite, which took roughly 3 months, from initial contact to selection at one of their partners suppliers. They took feedback regarding edging and backsplash we had into a back and forth discussion to insure they met our design needs. Their installer team was very kind, clean and explained the removal and installation process with ease. If they discovered something that needed addressing they brought all options to the table in a way that felt as a customer we were being heard. I look forward to working with them in the future as we updated other spaces in our home.

HUGE shout out to John Steier!! He has gone above and beyond for us and we can’t thank him enough! Saturday he came to finish putting in the flooring in our what was newly finished basement and it looked absolutely amazing! Tuesday he took our call that our basement was full of water. He has gone over the top answering questions, taking pictures, connecting us with further help, and already came and got the flooring removed so we could start mitigation and eventually repairs. We are so lucky to have people like him in our community and would HIGHLY recommend him for your next flooring project!!!

Been working with Ryan of Grass Masters at the Britt Golf Course now for almost a year he and his crew have been nothing short of spectacular! They have repaired our irrigation system and have been working diligently to get our greens back golf worthy! They also brought with them a company by the name of Give M Green LLC who deal with Terreplenish (a proprietary blend of free-living microbes that restore soil back to its natural state and help protect against plant disease and reduce the need for chemical fertilizers) to come take a look at our course. Everything is looking FANTASTIC!! Honestly, I cannot say enough positive things about both of these incredible businesses! Nice, informative, professional staff and Will continue to HIGHLY recommend!

Moreover, JBP operates in a highly ethical manner offering clients trade in value for parts that could only be salvaged by their highly skilled machinist. Their pricing is clearly based around what the company needs to sustain, unlike the more common pricing model in today’s market that determines the price of goods and services based on the maximum amount the market will pay. These details are important because (to the best of my knowledge) they don’t even have a competitor in this space. It appears their morals guide them to conducting business in a manner that I felt was more than fair.
It’s a fools errand to demand perfection from any man or business. Maybe they miss your phone call from time to time, maybe the guy you need to speak to is on vacation. The resources large corporations have readily available that we often take for granted, JBP has traded for savings that they actually pass onto the customer, and a focus on what they know best, the actual work. If you are willing to look at both sides of the coin, you will be very grateful to work with JBP. I have never seen a repair/ rebuild shop that operates with a manufacturers level of care. Jon and his team were a blessing to the boat-ability of my 2026 summer.
