Saturday he came to finish putting in the flooring in our what was newly finished basement and it looked absolutely amazing! Tuesday he took our call that our basement was full of water. He has gone over the top answering questions, taking pictures, connecting us with further help, and already came and got the flooring removed so we could start mitigation and eventually repairs.
