“It had been a year since I sought medical help for the brain damage I was dealing with. I’d seen neurologists before, and I never intended to see one again.
Then I met Dr. Becca. It was the handshake that made me say yes. I felt complete peace. Her eyes spoke kindness, compassion, and a willingness to work all in one. For the first time I felt HOPE.
The journey wasn’t easy. Diet change, Hyperbaric Oxygen, and therapy to teach my brain to communicate with the rest of my body. When it felt too hard I asked myself “If THIS choice would bring wellness, would you do it?” The answer was always “Yes”. It helped me stay the course.
The receptionists, Heather and Wendy were my personal cheer team and Becca often stopped and prayed for me during our session.
Improvement came. Wonderful and rewarding progress continued week after week. But “normal” was still a long way off. “We know we’ll be whole in heaven.” Dr. Becca often encouraged me.
On April 23rd 2026, while in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, I woke up and had these words in my head, “If I heal you, you will be truly healed.”
And guess what? God did heal me. Whole and complete. Nothing missing.
God still heals. He still does miracles. And many times He uses others as His hands and feet to accomplish that. Are we willing vessels? Dr. Becca is one of those willing vessels. God gifted her with healing hands.
I may not need appointments anymore, but I keep coming back. Becca, Heather, Wendy and the others at Walker Chiropractic and Wellness aren’t just a medical team. They are friends, dearly loved.
