The inspection of property, prior to be given a quote is so well done. Checking the attic, crawling under the house, climbing ladder for roof, position of water heater. yard, HECO lines on property. Inspector explained in detail all recommendations. 5 Stars with no doubt!

Xtermco has been our pest control company for 35 years. Having the Sentricon system for ground treatment gives us reassurance that our home is safe. Technicians are courteous and do a thorough job in monitoring the stations. Their customer service continues to be professional and friendly.

Xtermco has provided reliable sentricon monitoring service at my house for over 25 years. They are always on time and they always leave me an inspection report which details what they found and what they did. For example they tell me if any bait station had a hit, was damaged, needed a new bait, etc. Fortunately I haven't had any hits to date but it's comforting to know Xtermco is always monitoring.
Many years ago, Xtermco treated some of my dresser drawers (had termite droppings) in a fumigation container at their site. It worked great. No droppings found after that.
