Jay showed me the tools he would use and talked with me throughout the whole process which made it really comfortable and satisfying for me. I would highly recommend going here for a piercing because of the welcoming,friendly and kind environment that this establishment has. They offer 24/7 helpful tips to keeping the piercing clean and the healing process. Clair’s doesn’t offer that one on one advice and I wouldn’t suggest going there. Come here to Metalink where you’re treated with so much Aloha. I will definitely be going back to get my spider bites done. Thank you Jay and your beautiful wife Ally for taking me in last minute and making my day. Great customer service is hard to find now days and this establishment provides it 100%. The owner did my septum piercing - he was really communicative and easy to talk to. I had forgotten to eat a bigger meal before getting pierced, so I got lightheaded and nauseous after the fact. He was really kind about it and immediately got me two little lollipops and a little cup of POG to bring up my blood sugar again. He sent me off with a tiny cupcake for the road that he had gotten a repeat client for their birthday earlier. It's been a month now and my septum healed perfectly, no issues. 10/10 experience, will definitely go back!

my friend got her snakebites done here and recommended it to me for my helix piercing, super glad I went here and not claries! staff was so nice and the apprentice who pierced me was gentle and went over everything step by step so I knew what she was doing. very cute 🐶 btw :))

So glad we gave this place a try! Got a helix added onto my ear and l brought my brother over for his first time piercing. Very friendly people! I didn't get the lady's name, but both she and Jay (piercer) were great. The vibes are pretty chill, and the piercer was knowledgeable. I explained how I had wanted a helix in a specific location, and the piercer was very responsible, explaining the way my veins are mapped out and suggesting how we could go about it. All questions and concerns were discussed. The whole process was done so quickly. Overall great experience, we are happy with the way our piercings turned out.

Jay and Ari were amazing!! I was getting my first piercing and my friend was getting her second and they were super nice to talk to while waiting and very helpful Jay was super great with placing and moving the piercings so we loved them. The actual piercing process was so easy and simple I got an industrial and my friend got a helix and both are perfect!

OMG the best Service and most friendly owners ever. My daughter got the Angel bites for her 18th birthday and he was so Gentle with her and she said she barely felt it. I got the daith piercings for myself and didn't even know he already had it finished. Definitely will be going back and telling everyone to go there.

Piercer / owner, sorry, I forgot his name, is kind & makes the experience comfortable. He was very informative while I got my industrial piercing done. Regardless of the clutter, kept things clean sanitary which of course is a must. I'd go again for my next impulsive piercing.
