We have used Jade Painting on several of our units in town. If you live on Oahu, you know how close the homes and buildings are in Honolulu. Contrary to those who were not actual customers and reported poor experiences, I get it. People are intolerant of noise in their living space. However, having been in the construction industry for nearly a decade, I understand that men talk on job-sites, it is to be expected. I just tune it out. I have not heard of or seen them leaving a mess and their quality of work is great. When I was about to post this review, I looked at the others and wondered if I was on the wrong page because they have not been unprofessional on the job site, telephone or when I went to their offices. Perhaps I just keep getting lucky (?!). Doubt it. Regarding the reports of them finishing the job past its' prospective deadline; construction jobs are often pushed back for different reasons. When those writing negative reviews make assumptions and imply that certain (illegal) things *may* have occurred, that is straight-up morally wrong. Especially when one is not familiar with the industry processes. Assumptions made public, for the sake of defaming a company that you have not worked with directly gives the impression that angry people are using Yelp as a sounding board to target and blame when they aren't able to control aspects of their own lives. The keyboard and cpu screen are easy to hide behind. I have always had great interactions with employees of this company, and experienced the results of their meticulous work. Over the years, we have found them to be straight-forward, kind, honest, hardworking, organized and passionate people. Their work is top-notch and they are very professional. We recommend them. I hope more people who have had great experiences such as ours will post here. It is easy to complain and should be just as easy sending positive reviews though unfortunately, people could do it a lot more than they actually do.
