Always timely, quick, responsive and cares about her pup clientele. Only downside is the horrific parking situation, but my pup always comes out smelling handsome and fresh...even after a day in the mud ?.

When I found out that Merissa started her own dog grooming business. I was soooo excited!! She use to groom my (now passed on) Frencthon named Olaf. She took such good care of him. So when my boyfriend and I adopted a 3 year old American Staffordshire Terrier from HHS, I knew just who to take her too. Merissa takes really good care of our furbabies and she knows how to work with them. I love that she focuses on only 1 dog at a time and that our furbabies aren't in a kennel for countless hours.
