Dave was a great and honest guy and did not try to pull a fast one. I won't waste time with any other termite inspector who over charges anymore. He only does inspections but had my report in the same day. It's only him and his wife working in the business and she is very friendly too. Feels good to do business with a down to earth small business like Dave's. If you need an inspection call him up instead of being charged double from a bigger company.
