I spent a couple of hours to figure out why my refrigerator stopped working, I google for some answers but no luck so started calling repair shops. Over 10 calls with negative answers unpleasant customer service I decided to call Diamond-head electric company and Lady name Christine answered and ask me what was my concern so I did explain to her. She gave me a few suggestions. I tried what she said, and the problem was solved!. Over 15 minutes of conversation with her she was very patient and Great customer service. I highly recommend it!! Thank you !! Ms. Christine !!!
If I could give no stars I would! Worst customer service I have seen yet. Christine is horrific to deal with, with the nastiest attitude and they rip you off by overcharging! Keep scrolling, this one aint it!
