I had a mishap with my glasses frame so I couldn't wear it. Rancinto Costco and was assisted by Lori who did a great job adjusting my frames to save the day! She also was very genuine with providing info about the size I would need for my next frame. 5 star experience from Lori Unfortunately, I had to deduct a star from my rating because there wasn't much selection in the size I needed so I wasn't able to purchase one that day.

Chantel at costco optical in Waipahu was SO helpful and SO kind! I brought my sunglasses in that had broken and she was super helpful in explaining my options and helped me get a new pair. She even cleaned my husbands sunglasses that he wore in. 5 stars for Chantel!

Jennifer was really helpful & friendly. She help me choose from the 2 frames I pick out & which one would be better for me & why. She also shared about the specials & discount. The price was so awesome that I bought my prescription glasses & a sunglasses. Thanks Jennifer. When I got it she was right it was so clear & a crispy sight.
