My first time visiting the vision center at Walmart Pearl City. Krystle and Nora were very welcoming and very helpful. They gave me a variety of options when it came to frames and lenses. Krystle was very patient and answered any questions I had regarding my insurance.

I was literally having trouble seeing and reading. My previous optometrist got my glasses and contact prescription wrong for 3 years! I thought I was just getting older.
I decided to call Walmart Pearl City Optometrist to book appointment, they are booked out about a week, so that was a good sign. They are busy. The staff was quick and professional. The optometrist, she was also quick and professional. My contact lenses Rx was adjusted to perfection. My glasses Rx was also adjusted. Sharon was so helpful. My husband picked glasses that didn't fit him properly, and she kept encouraging him to take his time and choose. On his fourth time coming back, he was happy with his frames he chose and thankful to her! Also just helping him get what was best for his eye sight. The care and attention that went into helping us was amazing! We're so grateful for their help, professionalism and expertise! 10/10 recommend.
