Hephzibah gave me the worst haircut of my life. I specifically asked for minimal layers so I could keep my hair in a ponytail. The cut is the most layered mess and I actually cried after leaving. It looks NOTHING like the photo I showed her and has left me feeling terrible about myself. Vibe was fine and easy to book appointment.

I have very curly and kind of wild hair and when I went in to ask if they had anybody there who knew what to do with it, Hephzibah was immediately recommended to me. She reached out, set an appointment for the following day, and got to work! She absolutely killed it, knowing exactly how to handle my unruly tangle. I love the results and will definitely be going to her any time I need a touch up. Thanks Hephzibah!

Used to be one of my favorite salons to go to for my haircare so I didn't hesitate to book an appointment when my son needed a haircut. Booked an appointment easily and fairly quickly in such a time crunch....my son knew what he wanted and even showed the type of cut to the stylist (Nayah). The cut looked NOTHING like the photo:( he asked for a low fade and received a bowl cut. He was immediately unhappy but bc of his age, he didn't say anything until he came home. Everyone agreed that he got a bowl cut and NOT what he initially asked for. If she couldn't do it, it would have been really nice to say that she didn't know how instead of doing a crap job and charging him for it. We took him to a well known barber in a different town the next morning and he fixed it up amazingly! Long story short-would not recommend. Sorry, but don't charge people for something you couldn't even do in the first place. So disappointing

I had my first appointment for a haircut here this past week. I had the pleasure of having Kamalei. She was so nice and made sure to ask me ahead of time what I wanted and during my cut she made sure to check in with me to make sure all was as expected. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with nice conversation and banter. I would most certainly recommend her and will be back when I am in town again. Thanks for a nice hair cut!

Wanted to love this place- especially after reading the positive reviews. Disappointed that my "split ends" hair cut was just a quick (like literally less than 2 minutes) cut across the back (no cutting of the bangs, sides, or shorter under layers). I'm assuming this was a fluke, but it's still something that I spent time & money on and will need reschedule to get done properly somewhere else. :(Service: Haircut
