“Michelle is the best! She is super sweet and kind! She's very knowledgeable in what she does and very professional! She answered all questions and concerns I had prior to my visit. At first I was nervous because I had watched videos of people who got a similar treatment but when I took my concerns to Michelle she told me that there were different options and that I could go with a milder chemical peel. This helped to calm my nerves.During the procedure, Michelle talked me through about what to expect. There was tingling and a little burning but very manageable. The process was quick. Right after, my skin looked tighter and brighter. Michelle kindly gave me spf and moisturizer samples. My entire interaction with Michelle was amazing, she's such a sweetheart!! I am an overplucker, and I have very little patience (or expertise) to fill in my brows -- It always came out flat out wrong Almost a month ago, I found Lisa and I have now gotten my eyebrows waxed and tinted twice -- and I have loved it both times. I always assumed that my eyebrows grew super fast, but I was actually doing my overplucking thing not realizing it takes about 3 weeks for them to actually get long and crazy again. I love that the tint is temporary and Lisa's work is so great, that filling them in after the tint has faded is actually super simple as the shape is so defined.Brows and Bushes is easy to find and there is ample parking everywhere around. Lisa's place is inviting and very clean. Booking online is also so convenient. I'm looking forward to taking better care of my brows now that I found someone so skilled and kind. Mahalo Lisa!“

“After 3 years of not living on the island I can honestly say I MISS LILLIAN'S SERVICES! I didn't realize how good I had it. Lillian was the first person to suggest I try sugaring and I was instantly hooked. I didn't realize until afterwards that it was because of the quality of her service and not the service itself. I would walk in looking like a woolly mammoth and walk out feeling like a newborn dolphin. In the 3 years since I've left the island, I've been to 4 different salons for sugaring services and none have me leaving as clean and hair-free as Lillian did. She took so much time and care going from sugaring to plucking the stray hairs to even getting accessible ingrown hairs. I mean CLEAN. If you're looking for sugaring services, look no further!“

After that was because Kathy and her services are AMAZING.Paradise Waxing Spa is located on Bishop Street, across from Honda and the Pinnacle building, in (I believe) Century Square.Youll find the studio on the 13th floorPhone number to call or text to make appointments is (808) 358-8587You can also try her scheduling link on her website, however, I believe that last I tried, this option was down. So its best to call/text.Same day appointments are difficult as you cant just walk in and she is usually booked out.Kathy is a one woman show. Her studio is clean and inviting. She offers the best quality services and her prices are outstanding.I wont list prices here since they are always subject to change. Though, I can tell you that her pricing is competitive. The care that she takes to ensure you are satisfied with your services is remarkable. I have only gotten waxed by her, but I refuse to go anywhere else unless she just isnt available. Here are some of the highlights:Kathy is very knowledgeableQuick and painlessShe will pluck literally EVERY hair that is out of place with a magnifying lensThe studio is tidy, clean and organizedPricing is fabulousShe takes only 1 client at a timeParking could be an issue if you arent within walking distance. There is street parking in the business/chinatown district or you could find a neighboring parking structure. Honda and the Church is across the street. Marks garage/lot is a block away at $6 an hour. Century has a parking lot underground, but I think that might be reserved only (not sure though).If you want a great waxing experience, I highly recommend giving Paradise Waxing Spa and Kathy a try.“
