Yoga studio for locals! It’s been almost 6month since I joined and so far I’m enjoying it! My work schedule is random every month so I love the fact that I can just sign-up classes on app last minutes. You can choose from deep stretching class to advanced Vinyasa classes. If you’re looking for intense Yoga such as Ashtanga or Bikam this studio may not be for you but if you’re looking for a studio catered for community with lots of options and laughs this is the owesome place!

For many years I was living in Maui part-time with no consistent place I was practicing my yoga. I finally made the move to Maui full-time and found Wahi Ho'Ola Yoga and immediately was welcomed by the owners. The variety of classes and teachers are great and I have been able to deepen my yoga practice in this beautiful place that spreads Aloha to all!

Love Wai Ho'ola yoga studio. Lots of different types of yoga and alignment classes that really have helped me with strength, flexibility and balance. The classes help me perform better in my other sports (surfing, pickleball, swimming). Love the breathwork. It has helped me stay calm under pressure. The instructors are all very qualified in their field and friendly. The vibe is welcoming and inclusive. Wai Ho'ola builds a community with activities outside of the studio too, like hiking and roller skating! This studio also reaches out and offers programs to serve marginalized community members. It's more than just a studio, it's ohana. They also offer massage. I see a variety of people in class, both men and women. Highly recommend.

My first class here was Yin + Restorative with Chonsa - Her voice was so soothing and her sequencing so thoughtful. There were poses offered that I havent tried before and she walked us through them gently. Above that, you could tell there was a strong sense of real community in the studio. Loved the class and the space Wahi Ho'ola has created. Looking forward to many more classes!
