My family and I have been coming here for massages for over two years. Misty and Heather give the best massages - perfect amount of pressure and very thorough. They incorporate different techniques according to your needs and offer add-ons like cupping, hot stones, CBD oil (very relaxing!) etc. They always ask what areas I feel need the most work and are sure to address those specific areas during the full body massage. I leave feeling like a new person after every session. Definitely the best massage on Maui!

Just attended a workshop on breathing and meditation presented by Megan. Most important was learning how breathing affects our over all health. Megan's presentation was simple enough to understand and she made it very enjoyable. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to improve their health. C Shimabuku
