Annette and her team at Ultimutt are, hands down, the best groomers I've ever been to. Maui owners are so lucky. She's understandably busy, but you need to just wait for her next appointment and become her client. Despite their transition, Ultimutt is reaching out to clients and helping navigate alternatives and is very responsive to texts and emails. Back to Annette and her skill as a groomer: She turned my boy into the IDEAL goldendoodle in a matter of months - when he had been given short and unfortunate cuts before. We are moving back to he mainland but will miss Ultimutt so much. See pics posted for Annette's dog vs. other groomers.

Do NOT take your dog here for grooming. This business has the WORST customer service. I showed up for an 8am appointment this morning to find out that they have closed the salon for the second time. I did not receive a call, text or email letting me know that my appointment would be cancelled. I took a day off work to bring my dog for grooming all the way from Kihei. This is actually the second time that this business has done this to me. The first one was a few months ago, due to remodeling the salon. I decided to give them a second chance and this is the service I get. Don't waste your time here. They should remain closed for good.

Ultimutt is the only place on the island I trust for my dog’s grooming needs. He comes out smelling amazing with a big smile on his face. He has black nails so I am always nervous about cutting his quick but ultimutt is so careful! I appreciate how much they care about the dogs who come in, I’d highly recommend this local business.

Referred by a friend. Our 7 month old maltichon had a wonderful 1st time experience having a full groom. He wasn't scared at all from drop off to pickup. Annette addressed his bushy hair and mats very well and made our puppy look so cute! They are going through renovations at their new location so am excited to see the outcome. I called around to make an appointment for my baby. A few places were rude when asked a few questions, so I figured that would be the case when grooming my boy. Ultimutt personnel were extremely nice when making the appointment, the place was clean when I arrived, and they were extremely professional. My baby's cut was perfect! Big recommendation if you are looking for a groomer!

Great place to take your furry friend. The staff is awesome and the do a fantastic job. Unfortunately because they are such a wonderful place, appointment can be a little difficult to get on short notice. My little dog had to wait 3 months for her appointment, could just be a Covid issue, but I am willing to wait. We all have to make beauty sacrifices during a pandemic
