My husband sees a cardiologist at this facility...the Dr is great, his staff is very professional as is the front desk staff. My "issue" is with their billing department. Every time he's seen there we pay our co payment at the time of service. And then their billing department proceeds to continue to bill us every month there after...after trying unsuccessfully to resolve the matter I have to get my insurance company to step in and set them straight...but this all starts up again after his next appointment. Very frustrating. We're considering changing cardiologist only because of this billing department.

Dr. Ayers repaired my broken ankle a couple of years ago though surgery. I called to make a follow up appointment because my ankle keeps going numb and freezing up on me. First of all, all they could find in my records was an appointment for my knee which was before my broken ankle. It took a couple calls for then to figure it out and get me an appointment. Then a day or two later someone calls me with a very thick accent who I could barely understand. I am hearing impaired and I have a terrible time understanding anyone with accents. Plus I need to read lips to understand plain English. Any way he called me to say I need to go to the hospital to get an X-ray. Not to go on, I am struggling with going back to them. I would like to know if anyone else has issues with them. Thank you for your time.

Booked an appointment with Dr. Glenn he was referred to me by a friend. Waited a month and a half for the appointment to be called less than a week out that they are canceling all appointments on the day I booked and I can reschedule a month and a half later. If you need to see a doctor don’t waste your time with these jokers go find a different doctor.
