Was seen in the emergency room and felt I was in good hands from the moment I walked in the door. I was treated with dignity and compassion by kind caring staff. It was a trip I didn't want to make but I was glad I ended up there.
Recently was a patient in ER. I am a visitor to the Island for over 30 years and have never had to be experience the healthcare system. The staff in ER were awesome. Very caring and explained every part of my care. I was very pleased to see the their healthcare system hasn’t forgot the care in the word Healthcare. Even though the staff were very busy with stretchers occupy the hallways and all rooms full. Thank you for your remarkable service and care. I was an RN for 38 years. Made me proud to see the kindhearted and professional healthcare team is rich in Aloha.
We are from St. Louis visiting here. My 74 year old husband fell while he was on his morning walk. He had a head wound. The hospital was very cautious and did a CT scan. We were very impressed with the professionalism.
