My honest review: I enjoyed the 90 minutes facial itself with Triniti, she was amazing. However my facial ended 8 minutes early and started late as well. I was not notified I would need to arrive earlier and pay at the beginning. I had no issue doing this though it ate into the time of my session as well, which I was disappointed by. I tried emailing and texting to get clarity on session timing and got zero response. I will not be coming back to this place.

I was gifted a facial with Lani by a couple of close friends, and it may have been the best pampering treatment I’ve ever experienced. My skin felt incredibly soft afterward, and the entire facial was a true sensory experience, with each product somehow more lovely than the last. The massage was expertly done, and I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. I’ll absolutely be back, will be gifting this service to others, and highly recommend Lani to anyone looking for a truly restorative experience!

This spa is nestled in a little town called Wailuku - simple and unassuming from the front, 5 star luxury on the inside!
We were met by the practitioners Triniti and Lani. Lani owns the spa, and also works there. This is a really hard working and passionate crew - they love what they do, and want to give their clients an awesome experience.
My bestie and I went in for the facials, and it was thorough - their use of scents, hot towels, and multiple high quality, and most importantly organic and cruelty free products made for a luxe experience. Cruelty free products are very important to me, and this spa is one of the very few that stocks them.
The facial was accompanied by a head, neck and shoulder massage, with hot towels for your feet too. I think they go for a holistic experience instead of slapping a mask on your face and sending you on your way.😂
The experience left us pampered, glowing and more relaxed than we came! 🤩
It was the culmination of a long and fun trip in Hawaii. The spa caters to the Hawaii locals, so it was a cool experience for us. I noticed their prices were much lower than the fancy hotel spas, but the service was much more personal.
I believe the traditional facial they offer is more of a quiet experience with music , but because we friends are very curious, we asked our practitioners many questions, which they kindly answered. We really enjoyed our convos. They revealed their values , integrity and passion shared in running this authentic little spa. They’re even adding some hot tubs and infra red units!
Lani is very passionate about bringing this experience to more and more people , and it’s great to see someone genuine about their craft, and not overly commercialized.
As Maui’s economy has been hit by recent times, I 100% recommend trying out and supporting this authentic, woman owned, small business. I’m sure it’ll offer a personalized experience and great time, just like we had!

We four ladies had a lovely time at the Spa celebrating my daughter’s wedding in Maui! It was a wonderful, very enjoyable day! The services were exceptional! And the staff, efficient, very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the quality of attention paid to our individual needs. Chartreuse tray, fruit and all! The environment was surreal.
