Kilolani Spa at Grand Wailea is a stunning, peaceful, and beautiful luxury wellness destination. The facilities are pristine, elegant, and amazing, offering an entire experience rather than just a service. The spacious hydrotherapy gardens are a highlight, featuring an array of lovely amenities including a salt water vitality pool, hot tub with a waterfall, Halotherapy-infused infrared saunas, steam rooms, a Hawaiian-inspired Hammam, a cold plunge, and scented showers. Everything is set in a gorgeous open-air environment with views of gardens and the sky. Guests can enjoy the coed hydrotherapy space or unwind in one of the many treatment rooms, with signature treatments like the lomi-lomi massage noted as incredible, intuitive, and life-changing. The staff is very friendly and provides sincere kindness and aloha, ensuring a grounding and memorable visit. The spa also includes elegant locker rooms with every amenity imaginable. While it is a premium experience, visitors describe it as a fabulous, breath-taking, and grand experience that is a must for spa folks, leaving them feeling truly relaxed and so much aloha.
We had a couples massage with Jen and Jupiter, and while the massages were good the overall spa experience was what was truly enjoyable. The amenities were definitely the highlight for me. I also had a facial that was very good — the aesthetician was knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. And the nail technician worked me in to fix a nail!
The waiting/mediation areas were beautiful and relaxing, with stunning views that immediately helped you unwind. The hydrotherapy garden was calming and thoughtfully designed, and the steam and sauna rooms were wonderful additions to the experience.

Amazing amazing!! The vibe at this place had so much aloha and my experience here was wonderful. Aida and Kaimalani (or Kailani) were so down to earth and helpful assisting me and making me feel comfortable in the hydrotherapy garden areas, which are so BEAUTIFUL and an absolutle steal to be able to enjoy before my massage appointment. Cici, my Masseuse was also so patient and knowledgeable helping me with my millions of questions, as this was my first message. She also had great awareness of my sensitive muscles and asked how I was feeling when I seemed uncomfortable. Everybody was so welcoming and the amenities are unmatched. I can’t wait to come back again.
My husband and I got the most amazing couples massage from Kahala and Nani. Originally we didn’t plan any spa services because of the price, but once we arrived and heard about it from others we booked the massage. Definitely worth the price since it includes access to the other spa amenities (all kinds of hot/cold showers and pools, saunas). After our massage they led us to the most gorgeous lanai to just relax. I swear as soon as we sat down at least 100 dolphins started swimming by! The spa was clean, serene, and everyone was very accommodating. Really easy to make a reservation as well.
