Was able to grab a same day appointment and was very impressed. I gave my stylist complete freedom since I couldn't figure out what I wanted. I just wanted it short. She gave me a spectacular cut. She even told me several different ways i could style my new cut that are easily doable at home. Very personable and talkative. Salon was clean and well maintained. Sandy booked us an appointment same day and did a fantastic job. The entire staff was very friendly and made the experience fun. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Waikoloa. Attached are before and after of my husband's hair.

BEST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! Cynthia was amazing! She got me in at the end of the day at the last minute. She took her time and didn't rush even though it was dinnertime. She was super friendly and did an incredible job. I have short curly hair and she knew exactly what to do. I've literally never left a salon this satisfied. She's a true professional who understands head shape and tapering. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here, but my experience couldn't have been better. Maybe those reviews were for other stylists. For those worried about covid, Cynthia wore a mask the entire time and cleaned her work...read full review
