I was always able to message Ben for any questions and concerns about products and processes and even help with design options. The crew took great care with our home and belongings, respecting our privacy by always asking before venturing outside the renovation area, when needed. I felt safe and comfortable being at home anytime during the renovation with my children and even my dog (who grew pretty attached to the crew). The quality of work is impressive and the crew (Thiago, Fillipe, and especially Jose) were flexible to any changes or workarounds that presented themselves during the renovation. At the end of every workday, they made sure to clean up and organize any supplies remaining on site. For my first renovation experience in my home, I was a bit apprehensive but every step of the way I was reassured that the project was in good hands. Overall, a very professional company that I recommend highly!”
