I was always able to message Ben for any questions and concerns about products and processes and even help with design options. The crew took great care with our home and belongings, respecting our privacy by always asking before venturing outside the renovation area, when needed. Pivottos is an excellent contractor for high-end home construction and renovations. The field team completed an extensive renovation of our condominium in Waianae. The work scope included kitchen renovation and new cabinets, bathroom renovation and new cabinets, new shower, all new plumbing fixtures, new electrical, and upgrading of all closets.
At the initial stages of the work, the project manager provided us with a detailed proposal and drawings for the rooms. He also worked with us prior to construction to specify cabinets, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, misc hardware, and paint colors.
